Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Here at La Haute our mission is to create premium menswear at unbeatable prices. We are so confident you will love your new styles that we have a 100% - 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Simply return your new styles to us in "as new" condition with all packaging within 30 days of when it was delivered to you.
Once received and the condition is confirmed you will then be able to exchange your item for a product of the same value OR receive a store credit of equal value to your purchase OR receive a full refund.
Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the tracking information to show updates.
Worldwide Standard Post - Free Delivery times are 3 - 5 business days. Due to Australia Post freight delays, standard post parcels can take longer than usual.
Express Post - $8.99 Delivery times are 1 - 2 business days for metropolitan areas.
International Standard - Free over $100usd Delivery times are 7 -10 business days. Due to Australia Post freight delays, standard post parcels can take longer than usual.
International Express Post - $15.00 delivery times are 5-7 business days.
New Zealand Express Post - $7.99 delivery times are 2-5 business days.

At La Haute we want all our customers to receive high quality products. For that reason we offer Free Returns and Swaps for 30 days after your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send an email to hello@lahaute.com.au or via our contact form highlighting the reasons you're unsatisfied with the product.
It is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.
To return unused product(s) it must be in its original packaging and within 30 days of receipt for a refund. (excluding sale items)
Items must be in "as new" condition and unwashed.
Please note The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Clearance Items can't be returned. However, we will consider a size swap.
At La Haute we want all our customers to receive high quality products. For that reason we offer Easy Returns and Swaps for 30 days after your purchase.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we can't offer free International returns.
For all International orders, the postage and handling costs of return shipping is incurred by the customer, not La Haute.
Due to the nature of duties and taxes being collected upfront for international orders, refunds will include the amount paid for the product(s) only. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days; however, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@lahaute.com.au immediately after purchasing for the best chance of us catching the order before it has began the despatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouses, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours. In the case that we're unable to amend your order, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.

We will send out the correct item immedteily as well as provide a pre-paid return label to return the incorrect item.
You have a 6 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product.
Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible.
If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses!
Ordering
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
We generally recommend ordering your usual size as most of our items are true to size.

As soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email and SMS. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.
If you haven't received your tracking number after 48 hours from purchase, please contact our support team at hello@lahaute.com.au
Sale Info
There are a number of reasons your discount code may not be working. It could be that it has expired, is invalid or it is being used in conjunction with another discount code or product bundle discount. If you are having trouble understanding why, please reach out to us at hello@lahaute.com.au
Yes, sale items can be returned. However, clearance items can't be returned for a refund.
We will allow a size swaps on clearance items given we have available stock just please contact us first at hello@lahaute.com.au
