Simply return your new styles to us in "as new" condition with all packaging within 30 days of when it was delivered to you.
Once received and the condition is confirmed you will then be able to exchange your item for a product of the same value OR receive a store credit of equal value to your purchase OR receive a full refund.
Any items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
We use Australia Post for delivery of all orders. The orders are dispatched from Adelaide within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Worldwide Standard Post - Free Delivery times are 3 - 5 business days. Due to Australia Post freight delays, standard post parcels can take longer than usual.
Express Post - $8.99 Delivery times are 1 - 2 business days for metropolitan areas.
International Standard - Free over $100usd Delivery times are 7 -10 business days. Due to Australia Post freight delays, standard post parcels can take longer than usual.
International Express Post - $15.00 delivery times are 5-7 business days.
New Zealand Express Post - $7.99 delivery times are 2-5 business days.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send us an email via our contact form highlighting the reasons you're unsatisfied with the product.
It is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.
To return unused product(s) it must be in its original packaging and within 30 days of receipt for a refund. (excluding sale items)
Items must be in "as new" condition and unwashed.
Please note The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 48 hours.
Clearance Items can't be returned. However, we will consider a size swap.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we can't offer free Interntional returns. For all International orders, the postage and handling costs of return shipping is incurred by the customer, not La Haute.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact email@example.com immediately after purchasing for the best chance of us catching the order before it has began the despatch process. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed by our warehouses, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Most orders are shipped within 12 hours. In the case that we're unable to amend your order, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
In the event you have received the wrong item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will send out the correct item immedteily as well as provide a pre-paid return label to return the incorrect item.
You have a 6 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible. If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses!

As soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email and SMS. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

ALL stock on site will be discounted up to 70% off. That said, we use a dynamic pricing model, which means pricing may increase or decrease throughout the sales period across different products. Prices on all our gear are only valid at the time of purchase. The specific discounts and promotions are subject to change. No discount code required.

Our team is working as fast as possible to get orders out. We believe most will be sent the same day/next day. However, please note in some cases there may be a 10-15 day dispatch delay. But will be hustling hard around the clock to get your orders out the door. Normal shipping T&Cs apply.

However, all items included in our clearance section will not be available for a refund.
